Lyvin Melasti Villas

Lyvin Melasti Villas is a complex of private pool villas on a 3.2-hectare hillside near Melasti Beach, bordered by a canyon and forest, 700 metres from Savaya and close to Bulgari, Alila and Six Senses. The complex has 18 completed villas that have operated as a hotel since July 2025, 20 apartments, a 300 m² restaurant, a wellness area and a frontal panoramic ocean view. It won an IPAX Asia Pacific award for hotel suite interior and is listed among the top-11 hotels of the Bukit by The Urban List. Now on presale is the new phase of 13 villas inside the running complex: villas A7–A11 (completion Q4 2028) and lines F and G (completion Q4 2029) — one- and two-bedroom villas of 151–195 m² with private infinity pools; line F faces the ocean, line G a green hill. Resale villas in the completed phase are also available. All villas are fully furnished and run by Lyvin Properties as a hotel. Leasehold: the completed phase until 9 September 2062, the new phase for 40 years until 9 September 2066, each with a priority right to extend for another 50 years. Payment for the new villas: 30% down payment, then quarterly or monthly instalments until the end of construction, by SWIFT (EUR / USD / IDR) or cryptocurrency; a unit can be reserved for 10 days with a refundable $2,000 deposit. Completed villas are sold for 100% payment. Prices include furnishing and all taxes.
