Most Villas is a chamber complex of four two-storey villas in Lodtunduh, the green southern part of Ubud — about 7 minutes from Monkey Forest and the central streets according to the project presentation (actual time depends on traffic), 30 minutes from Sanur and 40 from Canggu. Each villa is 72 m² on two floors of 36 m²: the living area, kitchen and bathroom open onto a terrace and a private 7.5 m² pool on the ground floor, with the private zone and a bathroom upstairs. Two villas are planned with one bedroom on plots of about 205 m², and two with two bedrooms on plots of about 110 m². The complex has its own parking, an entrance group for guests and residents and a park with recreation zones. All four villas are sold and the complex is under construction: two storeys, roofs and separate volumes of the villas are already visible on site. The project archive holds the land agreements, NIB, SPPL, working architectural and engineering drawings and validation packages for both land titles. The presentation states a leasehold of 30 years plus 30 years. DOMA has been building villas in Ubud since 2022: five complexes and 30+ villas, the first of which, Green Harmony, was handed over in 2024 and operates in rental with reported payouts to owners.
